Eligibility
The UW-Madison Scholarship is open to all undergraduate students who have been accepted into or are currently enrolled in the UW-Madison School of Nursing. Proof of acceptance into this program will be required as part of the application process.
The Wausau Area Scholarship is open to all undergraduate students who have been accepted into or are currently enrolled in the nursing program at Northcentral Technical College, UW-Stevens Point at Wausau, or Rasmussen College-Wausau Campus. Proof of acceptance will be required as part of the application process.
Scholarship Information
The UW-Madison Scholarship will be awarded to 2 students for the Spring 2025 semester in the amount of $1250 each. Applications will be accepted between October 1st and November 30th. Scholarship funds will be delivered directly to UW-Madison.
The Wausau Area Scholarship will be awarded for the Spring 2025 semester in the amount of $500. Applications will be accepted between October 1st and November 30th. Scholarship funds will be delivered directly to the school on the acceptance letter.

Letter of recommendation
UW-Madison Scholarship - the letter of acceptance must be for the School of Nursing.
Wausau Area Scholarship - the letter of acceptance must be for Northcentral Technical College, UW-Stevens Point at Wausau or Rasmussen College-Wausau Campus.
The letter of recommendation is to be completed by an employer, mentor, teacher or any non-relative who has held a significant role in your life.
Links for the application and letter of recommendation form can be found at the bottom of this page. All required items are to be uploaded and submitted along with the application no later than November 30th.
Once received, applications will be reviewed, and a recipient will be chosen. The scholarship will be awarded prior to the start of the spring semester.
